Yet again we arranged a ZMOD Show in Oslo Amundsen Hobby Shop. This time it was building Z-Scale stuff that was in focus, and about 10 builders turned up to make some projects realized. Some build ZMOD modules and dioramas, some where digitalising their locos, building trees, houses, cars and so on. And some was driving on our modules along with guests that popped in from time to time. Jeff from BAZ-Boyz in USA and Jürg from Switzerland visited us this time. And they brought with them lots off wisdom and allot off cool Z-Scale stuff like cars, weathering tools and so on. We started on Friday and works almost non-stop thru to Sunday, and we all agree that this was a weekend with loots off fun with good company. Vi fikk besøk av Representanter fra The Cool Tool ( UNIMAT 1). Magne Dalen ( til høyre) fra den Norske importøren og han i midten kom fra hovedkontoret i Østerrike. Hyggelig kar som viste oss litt om bruken og mulighetene med dette verktøyet. Her for jeg fks. forklart hvordan en skrutrekker fungerer ;) hehe

Z-MOD Minitreff på OMS - 28.02.2007 De oppmøtte var Christian, Pål og Torsja. Les mer og se noen flere bilder her ->         16.01.2007 ZMOD på Modellmessen 25-26/11 2006 !! Utstillerne: Torsja, Christian, Jon, Lars-Erik og Svein-Martin En flott helg, med masse action. 50 vogner og 4 lok i samme tog! I Z-skala ble det ganske langt. Litt problemer med kvaliteten på skjøter og enkelte andre områder, som gjorde at det ble en del stopp, men de rundene som gikk ok, var flotte. 5 stykker stilte opp med sine moduler og vi fikk laget en dobbel rundbane. Vi kjørte analogt i indre spor og digitalt i ytre spor. Den digitale delen hadde 3stk. lok gående til enhver tid. Men på den analoge så kjørte vi stort sett 2stk. når vi greide å passe på litt. Europeisk på Digital delen og Amerikansk på Analog delen. De oppmøtte var Christian, Lars-Erik og Torsja. Kanskje vi blir flere neste gang? Christian hadde tatt med seg sin bro modul. Og den har blitt kjempe fin med Bawaria og Woodland produkter riktig porsjonert utover modulen. Vannet er Woodlands E-Z-Water kuler formet med en loddebolt. Nydelig arbeid !! Christian hadde også med seg sine Fast-Track pense byggesett med jigger. Så vi fikk laget 2stk. penser i løpet av kvelden. Kjempe artig å lage slike selv. Relativt enkelt å lage og de ser ut til å blir riktig så fine også. Christian skal lage nærmere 100stk. av dem så han blir nokk ikke ferdig med det første skulle jeg tro :) Lars-Erik prøvde å monterte digital dekoder i mitt MTL GP-35 lok, men det er noe galt med den så foreløpig vil den ikke fungere helt som den skal. Nytt var Christian som hadde tatt med seg sine påbegynte moduler. En flott bro modul laget av en N-Skala Faller byggesett som var blitt noe modifisert. Denne blir bra når det kommer vann og noe grønt på den etter hvert. Vi fikk koblet opp 4stk. moduler + endesløyfer og kjøre 3stk. lok med digital styring. Vi begynte noe før kl. 17 og praten og kjøringen gikk helt til kl. 23 før vi var ute av døren igjen. De fremmøtte var Pål, Lar-Erik, Christian, Torsja og Per Roar. Nils var også der til å begynne med og hjalp meg med å sette inn lys og dekoder i det nye damploket mitt som jeg bygger. Takk for det Nils. Men litt problemer med børstene gjorde at jeg ikke fikk testet loket med digital styringen i dag. En hyggelig kveld som nokk blir gjentatt senere igjen. Vi fikk litt småplaner om kanskje å gjøre det fast litt oftere. Og kanskje bygge noen moduler sammen som kan være på OMS senteret fast.  Og takk til Viggo for lånet av lokalene.

13.10.2005 The ZMOD's on the show in Drammen 1-2october.
We had a rely good time this weekend with a lot off nice visitors that asked about our ZMOD standard and how we make our modules.  Thanks to the organizers for a yet another good arrangement.

This time it was T-J.Moskaug and S-M. Holt with the "Needle Eye" And "Saguaro River" that again showed off their stuff at for the spectators. This year there also was some new additions too the layouts.

 Torsja's "Needle Eye" and Svein-Martin's "Saguaro River" where displayed for the participants off the MOROP convention in Drammen Modelljernbaneklubb.
The partisans were quite interested in our “small” work in the one hour the whole séance was held.

16-17.04.2005

Svein-Martin Holt Jan Erik Bentehaugen Bo "Bosse" Tasius Pål Risebrobakken	Z-Scale show in Norway!  The weekend of 16-17 April 2005 our first only Z-Scale show took place in Asker. We got 3 new members with us this time that had built new ZMOD’s. They where not completely finished with scenery but it was a welcomed addition to our layout. In total there were 4 new modules. The total length off the layout was about 9meters with double track. After a few kinks in the start off the day we got it up and running with verius trains both European, Norwegian! and US material.
Tor-J.Moskaug	The “Needle Eye” modules were fore the action set up as a stand alone layout just to get some more action on the show. Click here for a video from this layout!.
Hans Henrik Riddervold	In addition we got a visit from AZL’s founder Hans Henrik Riddervold with his “Golden Empire II” layout build by Lyn St. Laurent. (Featured in the Model Railroader #3-2004). And we got to se some beautiful trains made by AZL.
Jon Digernes Pål Risebrobakken Lars Erik G. Svendsen Ove I. Hagen	We also got some other small layout with us. One in a Computer, a TV and a couple off other.
	Bawarias ModelNature came with some new products from MiniNature made especially for N and Z-Scale. They had built a small layout for the action showing off how it should be done. Beautiful!!
Bentehaugen and Wife	Bentehaugen and his wife sold hot dogs/coffe and more. The show got about a 200 visitors over the weekend witch was as expected and a good indicator that on our next show with more advertising this event has potential to grow even more in the future. Al in al a wary successful event!

ZMOD on the Publikumsmessen 2004 in Lillestrøm-Norway.
This weekend the “Needle Eye” was accompanied by the “Saguaro River” module made by Svein-Martin Holt. My self and Svein-Martin had a really good weekend with lots of visitors that came and praised our z-scale layout that had the longest running train setup on the show. We got it up to 36 coal cars that we used a double headed Marklin Yellow Union Pacific F7 locomotive assisted by an Atlantic Coast Line Marklin F7 locomotive placed in the middle off the pack. The total length of the train setup was about 3meters. This combination worked wary well with few derailments during the day.
What we need to do before next show is to get some automated electronics to be able to control and run some more train setups on the layout for more action. It’s hard to control more than one train on shoes manually when you spend most of your time talking to the visitors and control the kids that really want to touch the small trains and avoid derailments.

24.10.2004 "Needle Eye" on the show “Modellmessen 2004”
in Solberghallen - Drammen. Thank you all for a nice gathering this weekend. I had a lot of fun with my little “puppet zhow” . A lot of nice people and lot of nice words about the ZMOD.

MJF's Vårslepp 2004.
Etter noen testrunder med litt avsporinger og småkluss så fikk vi til kjøringen rimelig bra etter hvert. Det ser ut til at ZMOD standaren fungerer bra. Jippy!! Så etter noen "treff" til så går nokk det hele på skinner. Ett av togene var på minst 3meter. Ett mektig syn!!   Svein-Martin filmet mye med Video og det gleder jeg meg til å se etter hvert. Alt i alt ett meget morrsomt og hyggelig treff med entusiastiske mennesker som bygget trær, lærte om foto, lodding, fjellmaling osv..
Bo "Bosse" Tausis kom helt fra Sverige for å titte på anlegget. Han jobber med å få til en modul selv også. Skal bli gøy neste gang vi ALLE treffes og skal kjøre flere LAAAAAGE tåg.

MJF’s Spring meeting 2004. The ZMOD has been on its first test run with other modules. And it was visited by “Casy Jones” and other great trains that Svein-Martin Holt brought with him. The trains fitted perfectly inn to my landscape. To bad I could not take them home with me. After some test runs with some derailments and some small bugs we got the trains to run pretty good. Overall it looks like the ZMOD standard is going to work god so it will be fun when more people begin to build ZMOD’s. One of the train sets was over 3meters long with coal hopers. A mighty sight!! All in all a very nice weekend with people building trees and learning about photographing, soldering and more. Bo "Bosse" Tausis came all the way from Sweeden to look at the ZMOD. He is also working on a ZMOD. So I’m looking forward to our next meeting and driving some long trains!!!

Var på mitt/vårt første ZMOD møte den 4desember 2003 i Sandvika.

Frans har 2 kjørbare moduler med endesløyfer, så det er bare å sette igang med å bygge. Håpet/målet er ihvertfall å ha ferdig minst en modul hvert til neste høstmessen i 2004.
Selv om jeg håper å kunne ha en ferdig til Vårmessen 2004.

Vi hadde en hyggelig sammenkomst som varte fra 18-23.30. Bo("Bosse")  hadde med seg noen brukte lok og skinner siden jeg hadde etterspurt om noen hadde noe brukt å selge.
Så dermed fikk jeg mine første Z-Skala lok også slik at jeg kan komme igang å bygge modul jeg også
